1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VaultForge services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

VaultForge provides game server hosting services, including but not limited to:

  • Valheim server hosting with instant setup
  • Minecraft server hosting (coming soon)
  • Mod support and installation
  • Server management tools
  • 24/7 server monitoring
  • Customer support services

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Use the service to distribute malware or engage in hacking activities

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing and Billing

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days notice. Payment is due in advance for the selected billing period.

4.2 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

5. Server Hosting Terms

5.1 Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. In the event of downtime exceeding 0.1% in a calendar month, we will provide service credits as compensation.

5.2 Data and Backups

We perform regular backups of server data, but you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We are not liable for data loss.

5.3 Resource Usage

Server resources are allocated based on your selected plan. Excessive resource usage may result in service suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on VaultForge remain the property of VaultForge or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Game content and mods remain the property of their respective owners. We provide hosting services only and do not claim ownership of game content.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account management tools.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
